The GP Le Port have vehemently denied the allegations as untrue in a written statement, citing that “[…] if we were to use disposables, we’d rather use M72s”. This statement appears to be consistent with eye witness reports and GP internal sources. Additionally, this reporter feels it is important to point that ION forces do use AT4s and have been seen carrying such in the field. Finally, the GP Le Port decry the attack on their ambulance as they approached the site as an “affront to the fragile peace […] they’re trying to kindle into an end to the war” and “a serious mistake, that needs to have consequences”.

ION Condemns Attack

ION releases statement condemning the attack on 𝕏 (formerly Twitter). According to ION, the truck has damage consistent with an AT4 disposable rocket launcher; a used device has been found near the incident site. The current theory is that the perpetrator used the veil of night to take the shot and flee. According to an anonymous source within ION, GP members are being suspected for the attack. This would be inconsistent with GP R oE and equipment, however. The GP, who are largely considered to have won the civil war, have mostly been concerned with establishing proper forms of government to be passed as soon as martial law, which is still in effect due to sporadic mortar fire by the Armée de RdM, is lifted.
