BREAKING: Malden's Président Moulin to meet with EEAS
The President-In-Exile has emerged for the first time in months
In his first public appearance since disappearing in January, the European External Action Service has announced that Président Moulin of Malden is scheduled to hold closed door meetings with several representatives of the EU.
While no specifics are known as-of-yet, this nonetheless marks the potential for significant change in the still ongoing conflict on Malden. Government troops under Colonel Maçon have kept up with irregular mortar shellings, purposefully aimed just outside of urban areas. Colonel Maçon has refused to comment on this appearance.
